Cybersecurity Professional

Job Title:

A leading security professional is sought to spearhead and execute comprehensive end-to-end security audits and compliance initiatives across diverse applications, infrastructure, and organizational processes. The ideal candidate will ensure that systems, applications, and business operations are secure, compliant, and aligned with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct technical assessments for new BFSI clients and maintain accurate documentation of results.
• Analyze and complete detailed cloud infrastructure security and compliance questionnaires in a timely manner.
• Assist in mapping customer security and regulatory requirements to internal controls and implement necessary measures.
• Develop and maintain documentation and templates for commonly requested BFSI assessment artifacts.
• Manage and complete security questionnaires from clients, vendors, and partners, ensuring seamless onboarding and risk mitigation.
• Evaluate vendor security and compliance by reviewing their responses and supporting documentation, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Identify security risks within the company's IT infrastructure, applications, and services, implementing proactive measures to address these risks.
• Assess potential risks posed by vendors or partners during onboarding, ensuring a robust due diligence process.
• Ensure compliance with industry-standard security frameworks such as ISO 27001, GDPR, SOC 2, or any other relevant frameworks.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, fostering a culture of security awareness and accountability.
• Provide expert guidance and support to internal teams to address concerns identified in security assessments and risk analysis.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure their security practices meet company requirements, driving consistent excellence in third-party risk management.
• Develop and maintain internal security policies and procedures related to vendor assessments and third-party risk management.
• Prepare detailed reports summarizing findings from security assessments and risk analysis, providing actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
• Deliver tailored training programs and workshops on security best practices and compliance requirements, empowering internal staff and external partners to drive security excellence.
• Support pre-sales and onboarding teams with timely delivery of assessment documentation, ensuring seamless client engagement and satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role with expertise in information security, compliance, and risk management.
• Strong understanding of industry-standard security frameworks, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with security auditing, risk assessment, and compliance testing, with knowledge of cloud security, threat intelligence, and incident response.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
