Customer Portfolio Manager

In this key role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers with complete ownership. Your primary goal will be to achieve sales targets while providing exceptional service and commercial support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term success.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide services such as offer submission, order processing, and issue resolution.
  • Travel regularly to visit customers on a quarterly basis to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Update schedules and report on customer interactions to ensure seamless communication.
  • Continuously review and update offers to provide fresh and accurate projections.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in the industry.
  • Expertise in pressure, temperature, and level transmitters for monitoring and control.

Purpose of the Role:

To effectively cover and sustain business by managing a portfolio of customers.
