Job Overview:

We're seeking an experienced Sales Technology Manager to lead our sales and customer success operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing technology stacks, integrating tools, and ensuring seamless data flow.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage, customize, and optimize the CRM to support sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
  • Design and implement automations, workflows, and reports that drive team efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure data accuracy, quality, and integrity across the system.
  • Provide training, coaching, and technical support to users, fostering a culture of best practices.
  • Develop dashboards and reports that provide leadership visibility into key performance indicators, pipeline, and retention metrics.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to scale lead management, scoring, and customer journey tracking initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in CRM administration and management, preferably with HubSpot.
  • Deep understanding of sales and marketing processes in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
