Technical Project Lead Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and manage technology-driven projects from initiation to delivery. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business, engineering, and stakeholders to ensure projects are executed effectively, on time, and within scope.

Main Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Delivery
  • The selected candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end project execution including planning, scheduling, tracking, and delivery.
  • They will define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines ensuring alignment of business requirements with technical implementation.
  • Stakeholder Management
  • The Technical Project Manager will act as a liaison between business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams.
  • They will communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Technical Oversight
  • The candidate will collaborate with engineering teams to define technical requirements and dependencies.
  • They will drive solution discussions, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with architecture standards.
  • Risk and Quality Management
  • The selected candidate will identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • They will ensure high-quality project deliverables through reviews, testing coordination, and compliance checks.
  • Agile Methodologies
  • The candidate will manage projects using Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies.
  • They will conduct sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in IT project management with a strong technical background.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex technology projects (Cloud, SaaS, AI/ML, Data, or Enterprise Applications).
  • Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, etc.).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • PMP, CSM, or Agile certifications preferred.
