Job Description:

We are seeking a senior technology professional to join our team as a Technical Lead.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in developing scalable applications and platforms, with a strong background in agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect requirements, design, develop, and test software code.
  • Fix bugs and provide production support.
  • Prioritize across multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Learn new technologies outside primary skills.
  • Develop solutions to challenging problems.
  • Effectively communicate with team members, project managers, and clients as required.
Technical Skills Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Python with minimum 4 years of experience.
  • Experience with SQL and AWS Cloud Data Platform with minimum 3 years.
  • Familiarity with the following AWS Services: ECS, EKS, ECR, S3, EC2, VPC, Route 53, Lambda, API Gateway, AWS Glue, Event Bridge, Cloud Watch, IAM, RDS, Backup Services, Systems Manager.
  • Experience with Docker containers and implementation of cloud infrastructure using IaC tools (Terraform scripting).
  • Participate in business process analysis, use case creation, and requirements definition.
  • Familiarity with writing GitLab CI/CD pipelines and creating deployment automations.
  • Responsible for designing, prototyping, developing, and unit testing solutions for projects and maintenance and enhancement releases.
  • Create and maintain technical specifications, system interface diagrams, unit testing scenarios, and system support documentation.
  • Follow best practices and standards to ensure technical compliance.
  • Adhere to high-quality software development lifecycle (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Provide root cause analysis to resolve complex issues as part of support.
  • Work on multiple priorities at the same time and manage work/time effectively.
  • Demonstrate accountability by contributing to the completion of assigned tasks.
  • Participate in projects as assigned.
  • Excellent communication, presentation skills, and people interactions within their own team or department at the operational level.
  • Experience with Lucid chart-like tools to diagram designs.
  • Work with AWS and Solution Architect's to get designs approved before starting development.
  • Familiarity with database design concepts, API design concepts, intermediary SQL programming.
  • Implementation of CI/CD pipeline experience as a good-to-have skill.
  • AWS Certification is a plus.
