Job Title: Account Management Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of an Account Management Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

The primary responsibility of this position is to act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring seamless execution of IT projects and managed services. This includes onboarding, project delivery oversight, renewals, and escalations. Additionally, you will be responsible for understanding client technology roadmaps and business challenges to effectively position our company's IT solutions and consulting services.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure alignment with their IT and business goals.
  • Manage the end-to-end account lifecycle including onboarding, project delivery oversight, renewals, and escalations.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams and technical consultants to ensure smooth execution of IT projects and managed services.
  • Understand client technology roadmaps and business challenges to position our company's IT solutions and consulting services effectively.
  • Lead contract negotiations and ensure commercial terms are met.
  • Stay updated with IT industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to provide consultative insights to clients.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5-7 years of experience in account management, Client Success Manager, or in a similar role within IT services, system integration, or consulting firms.
  • Familiarity with emerging technology such as AI, Cloud, ERP, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Application Development.
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking ability to manage multiple accounts and projects.
