Healthcare Customer Service Representative

As a Telecaller Executive, you will be the first point of contact for patients and their families. Your primary role will be to handle inbound and outbound calls to address their queries, schedule appointments, and provide updates on their care.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle patient inquiries and requests in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Provide accurate information about hospital services and doctors' availability.
- Maintain call records and update CRM/HMIS systems.
- Coordinate with front office and clinical teams to ensure seamless patient experience.
- Ensure effective communication at all times.
- A strong educational background and excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Prior experience in healthcare telecalling is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic computer proficiency in MS Office and HMIS/CRM systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and ability to handle patients with care.
