Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Solutions Consultant. In this position, you will play a key part in driving revenue growth by supporting pre-sales activities and developing innovative solutions for our global clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pre-Sales Support:
  • Partner with sales teams to understand client requirements and business challenges.
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis and translate client requirements into compelling solution proposals.
  • Deliver engaging solution demonstrations and presentations to both technical and business audiences.
  • Respond to RFPs (Requests for Proposal) and RFIs (Requests for Information) with high-quality, tailored responses.
  • Solution Development:
  • Design and architect innovative solutions that address specific client needs and align with their strategic objectives.
  • Build a compelling solution pitch for internal and external audiences with the right go-to-market strategy.
  • Maintain Market Expertise:
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the global market landscape, including latest technology trends and key regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate:
  • Work closely with sales, product management, consulting, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive and effective go-to-market strategy.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Masters / MBA degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of overall experience with significant exposure to pre-sales, solutions consulting, or related roles within the IT services and products industry.
  • Good understanding of the ISV landscape, PE / VC value creation, and product engineering services.
  • Proven capability in consulting or program management for large-scale product engineering or digital transformation programs is desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
