Role and Responsibilities

This is a business-focused leadership role within our organization, where you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our billing team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, while also maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Main Accountabilities:
  • To manage and lead the billing team in order to achieve departmental objectives;
  • To oversee the development and implementation of processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs;
  • To coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services;
  • To provide coaching and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and performance;
  • To contribute to the overall strategy and direction of the business unit by identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications

In order to succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with others. You should have experience in managing a team, as well as proficiency in process improvement and problem-solving.

Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher;
  • At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role;
  • Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Able to motivate and inspire a team to achieve results;
  • Proven track record of delivering results and meeting targets.
Desirable Skills and Experience
  • Familiarity with business operations and management principles;
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma;
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines;
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions;
