Student Admission Executive Job

This role is responsible for delivering fast turnaround, application processing, compliance, and credibility checks to various stakeholders.

  • Key Duties:
    • Admissions Data Management & Integrity: Receive applications, review transcripts, and evaluate academic and English credentials for admissibility to university programs.
    • Administrative Support: Assist the admissions team with pre-arrival registrations, establish contact with students for timely arrival, and coordinate mailbox documentation daily.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Education and Experience:
    • Educated to degree level.
    • Recent experience of working in admissions and documentation.

Required Skills:

  • Ability to interpret application data and provide evidence-based reports.
  • Excellent written and verbal English language communication skills.
  • Strong administration, planning, and IT skills, including MS Office.

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Self-starter with ability to take initiatives and achieve set goals.
