About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to lead and oversee the delivery of complex software projects utilizing Java as the primary programming language. As a Senior Principal Consultant, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within set expectations while ensuring alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading end-to-end project management for software development initiatives focused on Java-based technologies.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams including developers, QA engineers, DevOps specialists, and business analysts.
  • Monitoring project progress and proactively managing risks, issues, and changes.
  • Ensuring adherence to software development best practices and quality standards.
  • Facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile methodologies.
  • Communicating project status, milestones, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Managing resource allocation and team performance.
  • Providing technical guidance and support on Java technologies when needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Significant experience in Java programming and development.
  • Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
    • Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure, GCP).
    • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
    • Exposure to microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
