**Senior Business Development Executive (BDE)**We are seeking a seasoned results-driven Senior Business Development Executive to spearhead our online bidding and IT sales initiatives.Key Responsibilities:

  • The ideal candidate will optimize and maintain company profiles across these platforms to maximize visibility and conversion rates.
  • A key requirement is the ability to prepare tailored, persuasive proposals that address client needs and highlight our unique value proposition.
  • The selected individual must conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and emerging opportunities.
  • Negotiation skills are essential in securing deals and meeting or exceeding agreed performance goals.
  • This role involves building and maintaining long-term relationships with international clients.
  • Collaboration with internal teams ensures projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3–4 years of proven success in IT business development and online bidding.
  • A strong portfolio of closed deals in international markets, ideally targeting North America and Europe.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are crucial for this role.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal abilities are necessary to succeed.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT services, web and app development, UI/UX, and digital marketing solutions is required.
