Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Resort Operations Director to lead our resort team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of resort operations, including sales, marketing, finance, and human resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for the entire resort operation, ensuring it maintains the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.
  • Oversee all departments within the resort, including housekeeping, security, front desk, dining, and others.
  • Manage financial aspects of the resort, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Develop and implement successful sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and occupancy rates.
  • Maintain a strong focus on profitability and ensure the resort achieves its financial goals.
  • Lead and manage the resort's human resources function, including recruitment, training, and development of staff.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment for all employees.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Provide strong leadership and direction to the resort team, motivating them to achieve the highest standards of performance.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with guests, staff, and business partners.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a resort setting.
  • Proven track record of success in managing all aspects of a resort operation, including sales, marketing, finance, and human resources.
  • Strong understanding of business operations, budgeting, and financial management.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Outstanding customer service orientation and a passion for exceeding guest expectations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
