Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Financial Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies for renewable energy projects, including capital structuring and fund-raising (equity & debt).
  • Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, investors, and rating agencies to secure project financing.
  • Negotiation and Compliance: Drive negotiations for long-term and short-term loans, ensuring competitive terms and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Working Capital Management: Oversee working capital management, treasury operations, and cash flow planning to ensure efficient financial performance.
  • Supportive Role: Support mergers and acquisitions, project finance, and refinancing activities in alignment with our company's growth strategy.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to domestic and international financial regulations, maintaining a high level of integrity and transparency.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial models, projections, and investment reports to senior management and stakeholders, providing strategic financial insights to inform decision-making.
