Wind Turbine Foundation Design Specialist Wanted

We are seeking a skilled Civil & Structural WTG Foundation Design Specialist to drive cost-effective and sustainable solutions for renewable energy projects.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, analyze, and optimize wind turbine generator foundations to ensure safety, reliability, and compliance with international standards.
  • Perform structural load and stress calculations (gravity, wind, seismic, fatigue).
  • Select and validate construction materials for efficiency and sustainability.
  • Prepare and review design basis reports, BOQs, drawings, and calculations.
  • Ensure compliance with BIS, ASCE, AISC, SBC, Eurocode, and other relevant standards.
  • Collaborate with geotechnical, hydrology, BoP, electrical, and CTS teams.
  • Support certification processes with external agencies.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Provide technical support to procurement, EPC partners, and consultants.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Structural specialization).
  • Master's in Structural or Civil (preferred).
  • 8–12 years of experience in the Power & Utilities sector with a focus on renewable energy foundations.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in software: STAAD Pro, SAP2000, RFEM/RSTAB, SAFE, ETABS, PLAXIS 2D/3D.
  • Expertise in WTG foundation design, geotechnical risk assessment, hydrology, seismic analysis, and civil design codes.
