Job Title

Site Execution Engineer

As a Site Execution Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and quality execution of solar installations at the project site.

  • Supervise daily installation activities of solar PV systems to ensure compliance with technical drawings and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to track project progress and ensure timely material delivery.
  • Enforce safety regulations and conduct toolbox talks to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Assist with troubleshooting on-site technical issues and conduct initial system testing and commissioning.

Key Skills & Requirements

  • Technical Skills: Understanding of solar PV systems, inverters, and balance of system (BoS) components.
  • Soft Skills: Strong leadership and communication, problem-solving and time management.
