Psychometrician – Talent Assessment Specialist

This role combines AI-driven innovation with psychometric expertise to design and improve assessment tools, supporting consulting projects worldwide.

  • Design and integrate AI-based programs using generative AI tools to optimize psychometric processes, data analysis, and test development.
  • Translate tests into multiple languages using AI-powered translation tools and maintain a translation database.
  • Build and maintain AI-driven personalized programs generating tailored feedback for assessments.
  • Evaluate and fine-tune AI models to ensure accuracy, fairness, and alignment with psychometric standards in collaboration with the Data Science team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the full lifecycle of assessment creation, validation, revision, and enhancement.
  • Create innovative test items for specialized evaluations.
  • Use project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana to plan, track, and deliver project requirements on schedule.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with R&D teams across India, London, and Paris in a multicultural and agile environment.
  • Produce detailed technical documentation, interpretation guidelines, and user manuals for custom tools.

Requirements:

Education: MSc in Psychometrics, Industrial/Organisational Psychology, or related field.

Experience: First experience in psychometrics and/or AI application projects.

Technical:

  • Advanced use of generative AI tools and prompt engineering.
  • Knowledge of psychometric test creation and validation.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent English communication.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
