
Help Desk Supervisor

Your day-to-day activities will revolve around receiving calls and emails from clients to ensure timely closure of complaints. You will be the primary point of contact for stakeholders, communicating actions taken in a poised and confident manner.
- Take ownership of requests or complaints and handle them effectively within established Timeframes.
- Maintain regular surveillance of the helpdesk and customer service executives.
- Conduct daily rounds of the premises and report any lapses or observations to the relevant teams.
- Cultivate relationships with other departments to guarantee excellent customer experience by sharing consolidated feedback reports.
- Handle emergencies efficiently according to company policies and communicate with the proper authorities when necessary.
- Be familiar with building operating procedures manuals and assist in filing, inventory record-keeping, and related tasks.
- Manage events, participate in CSR initiatives, and maintain general maintenance standards.
- Serve as an additional point of contact for occupants in case of client escalations.
- Create and approve working schedules/rosters for the helpdesk team based on operational requirements.
