Deal Desk Manager / Sr. Manager

Payrate: 80,-, INR/Month

Location: Remote in India

Duration: 5-Month Assignment

Were seeking a highly motivated Deal Desk Manager / Sr. Manager to join our team and play a critical role in supporting sales and revenue operations across the APAC region. This is a 5-month contract assignment (starting November 3, ) with strong potential for conversion to full-time based on performance and business needs.

As the sole Deal Desk representative in India, you will serve as a trusted advisor to Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations, ensuring deals are structured, priced, and executed in line with company policies, revenue goals, and compliance standards. Youll be empowered to challenge deal terms, streamline processes, and help shape scalable deal strategies that drive efficiency and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for Deal Desk in India, supporting APAC sales activity.Review and approve Salesforce CPQ deals, ensuring alignment with company policies and revenue recognition standards.Advise Sales teams on deal structure, pricing, and business terms to balance competitiveness with compliance.Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Legal, Product, Revenue Ops) to close high-quality deals.Contribute to the development of deal desk strategy, scalable processes, and automation improvements.Collect and deliver feedback to optimize the end-to-end deal process.Support sales enablement efforts through training and resources around pricing, quoting, and policy adherence.

Qualifications

· Strong communication skills with fluency in English (verbal and written).· Experience with Salesforce CPQ.· Proven ability to balance diplomacy with firmness when pushing back on non-compliant deals.· Skilled at interpreting complex data and making strategic decisions.· Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment managing multiple urgent priorities.

Preferred

MBA or advanced degree.Experience in technology or B2B SaaS industries.Familiarity with revenue recognition policies.
