
Senior Deal Origination Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Deal Origination Specialist to play a critical role in supporting sales and revenue operations across the APAC region.
Main Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for deal origination, supporting APAC sales activity.
- Review and approve sales agreements, ensuring alignment with company policies and revenue recognition standards.
- Advise Sales teams on deal structuring, pricing, and business terms to balance competitiveness with compliance.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Legal, Product, Revenue Ops) to close high-quality deals.
- Contribute to the development of deal desk strategy, scalable processes, and automation improvements.
- Collect and deliver feedback to optimize the end-to-end deal process.
- Support sales enablement efforts through training and resources around pricing, quoting, and policy adherence.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English (verbal and written).
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ.
- Proven ability to balance diplomacy with firmness when pushing back on non-compliant deals.
- Skilled at interpreting complex data and making strategic decisions.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment managing multiple urgent priorities.
