Job Description

As a seasoned Senior Learning & Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling corporate learning programs for our esteemed enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive learning strategies that drive employee performance and engagement.
  • Design and implement training programs for employees, customers, and partners, utilizing cutting-edge LMS tools.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership to ensure L&D initiatives are aligned with organisational goals.
  • Implement and manage eLearning content, blended learning solutions, and live training sessions.
  • Utilise analytics to monitor program effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to embed learning into workflows.
  • Guide subject matter experts and trainers to deliver impactful learning content.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in mid-to-large enterprises.
  • Strong experience with LMS platforms and digital learning ecosystems.
  • Proven track record of rolling out scalable L&D programs.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Exposure to customer training or partner enablement is a plus.
