Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Learning Experience Designer to join our team. As a key member of our global organization, you will be responsible for designing and developing learning experiences that align with our organizational goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, content development, and learning experience design. They will also possess excellent collaboration, communication, and facilitation skills.

  • Instructional design, Content development, and Learning experience design skills
  • Needs analysis and Learning assessment skills
  • Strong collaboration, Communication, and Facilitation skills
  • Experience with Learning management systems and Learning technologies
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in organizational development or related field is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, or related field

• Collaboration and Communication: You should be able to work effectively with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and other team members to design and deliver learning solutions.

• Technology Skills: You should have experience with learning management systems and learning technologies.

• Project Management: You should be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
