**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to lead our expansion into the Indian market.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and building strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue in the Indian market.
- Lead outbound and direct sales efforts by engaging with potential clients and closing deals.
- Independently manage deal sizes of over INR 50 L ARR.
- Collaborate with the Pre-sales team to conduct demos and POCs.
- Prepare proposals, conduct commercial negotiations, and close deals.
- Collect payments from customers and manage customer relationships.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 6-8 years of experience in outbound and direct sales, preferably in the garment industry.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in selling ERP solutions.
- Solid business development and acquisition experience.
- Strong relationship and account management skills.
- Proficient in using CRM tools and data analysis to drive sales performance.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Ambitious and results-driven professional with a strong passion for business development.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
