Project Coordinator for Interior Fit-out

We're seeking an experienced project coordinator to join our organization. If you're passionate about delivering high-impact projects and thrive in a collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you.

  • Coordinate interior design fit-out construction works, civil, and MEP projects with at least 7 years of experience.
  • Work with reputable contracting companies, managing civil, structural, interior fit-out & MEP trades with expertise in shop drawings, material submittals, and specifications.
  • Interpret structural engineering, particularly construction of warehouse, large structural metal skeleton/frame works of a building, load calculations, and other related tasks.
  • Handle interior fit-out of high-end residential, commercial projects, with expertise in MEP knowledge and skills.
  • Ensure accurate on-site activities by interpreting shop drawings, material submittals, and specifications.
  • Develop excellent communication and coordination skills between design, project, production & client teams.
  • Manage project work schedules, daily business paper works as submittals, IR etc.
About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining effective project schedules, budgets, and resources
  • Coordinating site inspections and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Providing regular updates to stakeholders on project progress
Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, candidates must possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
  • At least 7 years of experience in project management, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, time management, and planning skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously
