As an Onsite Project Coordinator, you will oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring seamless project delivery, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage day-to-day coordination with utilities, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  2. Oversee proof of concept activities, meter testing, site acceptance testing, and deployment of meters/gateways with 100% communication.
  3. Ensure spare parts availability and effective resource planning across multiple projects.
  4. Track and monitor project progress, SLAs, and escalations, providing timely updates to management.
  5. Maintain strong utility relationships by ensuring issue resolution and project delivery aligned with expectations.
  6. Support data analysis, reporting, and project tracking through MS Excel and other coordination tools.
  7. Contribute to operational excellence and drive continuous improvement in field execution.
  8. Perform in-depth field visits with utilities and AMISPs, engaging stakeholders across levels.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in electrical or electronics engineering (preferred) or related technical field.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management, Field Services, or Customer Support in the energy sector.
  3. Hands-on experience with HES and MDM platforms.
  4. Strong knowledge of SAT processes, SLA monitoring, and project coordination methodologies.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) for data analysis, dashboards, and reporting.
  6. Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
  7. Analytical and problem-solving abilities with commercial acumen and understanding of project financials.
  8. Willingness to work in field environments and manage escalations effectively.
  9. Prior exposure to Smart Metering systems and utility operations is an advantage.
