Senior Project Coordinator

The Resident Construction Manager oversees construction projects, ensuring timely completion within set parameters.
Main Responsibilities:
- Managing construction operations and administrative tasks
- Collaborating with customers, subcontractors, and external organizations on site activities
- Coordinating with project managers and the CEP department on various aspects such as procurement, inspection, and expediting
- Certifying bills of quantity and forwarding reports to the CEP/ GL
- Overseeing site personnel and expenses, sending regular updates to the PM
The Resident Construction Manager will also be responsible for coordinating with subcontractors, instructing them to submit daily progress reports, manpower reports, and deployment of plant and machinery. Additionally, they will supervise all personnel working in the site office to maintain team cohesion and ensure each individual understands their role and performs it effectively.
A Close Out Report will be prepared by the RCM, covering items such as project implementation details, job execution plans, technical specifications, safety considerations, quality assurance plans, bills of quantities, manpower and machinery deployment, and problems encountered and counter measures taken.
This position requires 18+ years of experience, a BE qualification, and exceptional leadership skills. The Resident Construction Manager must be able to work independently and as part of a team, ensuring smooth project execution.
