Job Title: Project Coordinator

**Project Overview:**

Support cross-functional projects and operations across West Bengal. Coordinate between multiple stakeholders, ensure seamless execution of projects, and contribute to strategic initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Coordination: Plan, organize, and execute cross-functional projects.
  • Stakeholder Management: Bridge internal teams, field teams, and leadership for smooth communication and timely execution.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify operational bottlenecks, break them into manageable tasks, and prioritize solutions based on urgency and impact.
  • Performance Tracking: Define and track key metrics for ongoing projects, analyze trends, and recommend data-backed action plans.

**Requirements:**

  • 0–2 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or similar roles.
  • B.Tech / B.Sc. graduates (preferably from Tier-1 or Tier-2 colleges).
  • Proficiency in Bengali & Hindi language is mandatory.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
