Job Description

Job Title: Strategic Account Director

We are seeking an exceptional candidate to join our team as a Strategic Account Director. As an experienced professional, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring our team members to deliver high-quality results for our clients.

Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business objectives, and providing regular updates to ensure their needs are met.

You will also take on leadership responsibilities, guiding and nurturing junior team members, and coordinating client meetings to ensure seamless communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients at the Manager/Senior Manager level.
  • Understand client business objectives beyond project specifications.
  • Provide regular updates to clients showcasing adept project management skills.
  • Responsively address client requests mobilizing the appropriate team members.
  • Coordinate and prepare successful client meetings ensuring seamless communication.
  • Proactively manage client feedback devising actionable plans and next steps.
  • Mentor and oversee the development of junior team members.
Person Specification:

A minimum of 9-12 years of experience in a creative agency, with a strong focus on digital and social media, strategy, film production, content planning, and integrated campaign management.

Proven track record of building client relationships and leading the creative development and production of ATL campaigns.

Commercially focused with experience in finance management across billing processes.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
