Financial Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced financial manager to lead our accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain accurate and timely financial records, including journal entries, ledgers, and balance sheets.
  2. Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  3. Manage the General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
  4. Prepare and submit GST returns and manage GST registration.
  5. Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  6. Analyze financial data and provide insights to management for strategic decision-making.
  7. Develop and maintain effective relationships with vendors, banks, and other external parties.
  8. Prepare monthly profit and loss statements, as well as other financial reports.
  9. Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, including TDS deductions and submissions.
  10. Daily reports for management to ensure transparency and accountability.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting and finance.
  • Expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
