Job Opportunity
Senior Business AnalystWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in procurement operations, P2P processes, invoice management, and vendor relations, along with advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, and ARIBA.
Key Responsibilities- Design and Maintain Dashboards: Create and maintain data visualization dashboards using Power BI for procurement & finance.
- Data Analysis: Perform advanced data analysis using Excel (macros, pivot tables, formulas).
- Invoice Management: Manage invoice processing, cost accruals, and financial closures.
- Purchase Order Management: Handle Purchase Orders (POs), Purchase Requisitions (PRs), and SOWs in ARIBA.
- Vendor Relations: Build strong vendor and stakeholder relationships.
- Process Improvement: Identify and drive process improvements in procurement & finance.
- Advanced Skills: Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and ARIBA is essential.
- Procurement Operations Experience: Hands-on experience in procurement operations is required.
- Knowledge of Invoice Processing: Strong knowledge of invoice processing, cost accruals, and vendor management.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance/Business Administration.
- Experience: 6+ years of overall experience in procurement/finance ops.
