Transaction Manager for Luxury Real Estate

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate transaction timelines from contract to closing date, ensuring all necessary documents are prepared and reviewed.
  • Ensure legal compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
  • Manage financial transactions including earnest money deposits and final payments.
  • Act as primary point of contact for clients providing updates, answering questions and addressing concerns throughout the transaction process.
  • Maintain organized files of all transaction documents, ensuring confidentiality and accessibility as needed.
  • Identify potential issues that may arise during the closing process and proactively work to resolve them promptly.
  • Collaborate with real estate agents, attorneys, lenders and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and cooperation throughout the transaction.
  • Verify accuracy and completeness of closing documents before finalizing transactions.
  • Coordinate post-closing tasks such as document recordings, disbursements and client follow-ups to ensure a smooth transition and client satisfaction.
  • Evaluate and suggest improvements to closing processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and client experience.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or relevant field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in high-value sales or luxury real estate with proven closing success.
  • Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Proficient with CRM systems, MS Office and sales analytics tools.
  • Client-centric mindset, strategic thinker and proactive problem-solver.
  • Deep understanding of luxury real estate dynamics and high-net-worth client expectations.
