The Madras Seva Sadan is a prestigious institution in Chennai, dedicated to the holistic development of individuals aimed at producing self-supporting and self-reliant members of society. Our comprehensive approach includes a strong emphasis on education, sports, and social welfare.

We have grown to encompass 12 units and employ more than 600 people. Today, our organization comprises various prominent units such as the Lady Andal IB School, Sir Mutha CBSE School, Sir Mutha Venkatasubba Rao Concert Hall, and The Madras Seva Sadan Higher Secondary School.

Develop and execute a robust fundraising strategy to secure large-ticket donations from high net worth individuals, alumni, and philanthropists.

• Identify, cultivate, and steward relationships with high-value donors, alumni, and influential networks.
• Develop and implement CSR strategies to mobilize substantial funding support.
• Represent The Madras Seva Sadan at relevant networking events, donor meetings, and sector gatherings.

A bachelor's/master's degree in business, social sciences, or related fields is required. A minimum of 7 years of experience working with high net worth individuals/UHNI/CSR in Tamil Nadu, Karnataka is necessary. Proven track record of securing high-value donations from HNI/UHNI/Foundations/Grants is essential. Exceptional networking, relationship-building, and persuasion skills are crucial.
