Our Books segment in India offers a vast opportunity, estimated at over $50 billion in 2022 and growing to more than $60 billion by 2025. This makes our category one of the most exciting and pursued consumer opportunities in the Indian internet landscape.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop cross-functional strategic initiatives to enhance flywheel efficiency, profitability, customer experience, and drive business success.
- Analyze elements governing decision making for launching or expanding programs.
- Collaborate with central program teams and operational stakeholders to understand strategies and processes for reducing costs and adopting best practices for our category.
- Work closely with product teams to implement product interventions needed for programs to scale and have a significant impact on fee revenue improvement and efficiency driving initiatives.
- Partner with operations, finance, and category teams to manage short-term commitments to overall goals and ensure they stay on track.
- Benchmark programs/practices with best-in-class (internal and external) and use them to shape long-term vision.
- Innovate to improve customer experience and contribute to profitability goals of our category.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with good customer and business understanding, demonstrating high ownership, bias for action, and customer obsession. They must also have effective leadership and communication skills to work with internal cross-functional teams.
