A Business Development Professional is required to drive sales growth in the industrial automation sector.
Job DescriptionThe role involves meeting and exceeding monthly and yearly sales targets by identifying new business opportunities, understanding customer requirements, and introducing latest products and technical updates. The professional must record customer visits and update CRM entries regularly, while coordinating with internal logistics and technical teams.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is also necessary. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment is crucial. Negotiation skills and previous experience in B2B sales and marketing for industrial automation are highly desirable.
