Seeking a seasoned fundraising professional to lead our organization's fundraising efforts. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to develop and implement strategic fundraising plans that drive growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive 3-year fundraising strategy, setting targets by segment and program.
  • Manage the full donor lifecycle, from research to stewardship and renewal/upgrades.
  • Design multi-year giving vehicles, including anchor gifts, challenge funds, catalytic grants, cause marketing, events, and peer-to-peer campaigns.
  • Maintain a balanced pipeline of early, mid, and late-stage prospects.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; fundraising certifications a plus.
  • 8–10+ years of direct fundraising experience with a proven major-gifts and institutional track record.
  • Strong grasp of donor management, digital marketing, brand positioning, and campaign/event orchestration.
  • Regulatory fluency and governance sensibility.
  • Excellent written/oral communication; G-Suite & CRM proficiency.

Compensation:

Remuneration will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and expertise.
