Role: Senior Capital Strategist

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced capital strategist to spearhead our Series A fundraising campaign. This is a key position within our organization, responsible for driving the fundraising process with venture capitalists, family offices, and high net worth individuals globally.

You will develop comprehensive financial models, prepare investor decks, and establish strong relationships with investors to drive growth. Your expertise in strategic planning, financial analysis, and deal structuring will be essential in navigating this critical phase of expansion.

  • Develop and execute a strategic fundraising plan to secure Series A investment.
  • Build and maintain a network of key investor contacts and negotiate deals.
  • Create and present compelling investor decks to drive interest and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the CEO to drive pitches, negotiations, and investor meetings.
  • Provide actionable insights to enhance company valuation and growth prospects.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in fundraising, investment banking, or private equity.
  • Proven track record of successfully raising funds or closing Series A/growth-stage deals.
  • Strong skills in financial modeling, deal structuring, and strategic planning.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or global education sectors is advantageous.
