Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Transformation Leader to drive organizational change and develop effective change strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Design and implement change strategies that meet business objectives
  • Manage stakeholders effectively through assessment and engagement plans
  • Maintain exposure to industry best practices on OCM and change toolkits
  • Execute projects successfully within agreed schedules, budgets, and scopes
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders as necessary
  • Demonstrate experience in large-scale transformations (digital, process, or cultural)
  • Certifications like PROSCI or equivalent are an asset
  • Be prepared for occasional travel onsite for short durations
  • Relevant Experience: 3-6 years
  • Location: Flexible
  • Notice period: Immediate to 45 days
