Job Summary
This is a leadership role that requires an experienced professional to manage financial operations and provide analytical support across various business teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute audits of internal financial controls, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Manage all accounting-related matters, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Monitor financial performance, identifying areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
- Develop and implement strategies to minimize financial risk and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Provide financial insights and analysis to inform business decisions, working closely with stakeholders across the organization.
Person Specification:
- Qualified accountant with 5+ years of pharmaceutical experience.
- Strong English language skills and excellent communication abilities.
- International company experience and management expertise, including liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
- Highly analytical and results-focused, with a proven track record of delivering results.
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a flexible approach to work.
Commercial Analyst responsibilities include:
- Daily sales reporting and analysis of financial data.
- Creating and maintaining financial models to support decision-making.
- Reporting on financial performance and preparing for regular leadership reviews.
