Job Title: Civil Design EngineerWe are seeking a skilled and innovative Civil Design Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our project execution team, you will be responsible for ensuring that solar project construction aligns with approved engineering designs.Your primary role will be to bridge the gap between our Head Office (HO) Design Team and Site Execution Team, ensuring technical compliance, real-time design support, and smooth project delivery.Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and interpret HO-issued drawings and designs for implementation at site.
  • Prepare or modify civil designs/drawings at site when required.
  • Perform structural calculations and basic engineering design for site-specific changes.
  • Develop detailed civil/structural drawings using AutoCAD or other software.
  • Verify ground conditions through site surveys and soil/level checks before finalizing designs.
  • Ensure execution of foundations, trenches, drainage, boundary walls, and roads as per design.
  • Issue design change notes/marked-up drawings and coordinate approval with HO.
  • Prepare and update as-built drawings for all civil works executed at site.
  • Support quality team by validating reinforcement, concrete mix, and other design parameters.
  • Coordinate with electrical/mechanical teams to resolve interdisciplinary design issues.
  • Manage ground levels for difficult civil works at site.
  • Provide alternate technical solutions in line with design requirements.
