Key Specialist Position

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Offshore Solar Proposal Specialist to join our team.

This is a critical position within our organization that plays a vital role in supporting our Australian operations.

  • Develop customized solar and battery proposals for residential and commercial projects.
  • Perform system sizing and load calculations based on client requirements and site data.
  • Use industry-standard tools to simulate system performance and optimize configurations.
  • Ensure all proposals meet Australian solar compliance standards and technical guidelines.
  • Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to refine designs and respond to client feedback.
  • Maintain organized documentation and version control of all proposals and design files.
Requirements & Skills:
  • 1–2 years' experience in solar and battery proposal/design.
  • Strong understanding of solar PV systems, battery storage, and hybrid configurations.
  • Proficiency in design and simulation tools such as Excel, PVSyst, Helioscope.
  • Familiarity with Australian or international solar compliance standards.
  • Ability to interpret electrical load profiles and design systems accordingly.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup.
