Financial Planning and Budget Analysis Lead
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled financial planning and budget analysis professional to lead our efforts in developing, managing, and monitoring annual operating budgets and long-term financial forecasts for hospital departments and business units.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and develop annual operating budgets and long-term financial forecasts for hospital departments and business units.
- Create financial models to support strategic initiatives and investment opportunities.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify significant variances between actual financial results and budgets and forecasts.
- Collaborate with divisional leaders and department heads to provide financial guidance and ensure alignment with financial goals.
- Manage expenses and optimize resource allocation to achieve cost savings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and budgeting.
- Excellent quantitative, analytical, and interpretive skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Macros.
- Strong attention to detail and a persistent approach to work.
