Job Opportunity:

  • We are seeking an experienced automation specialist to design, build, and maintain workflows and applications using the Microsoft Power Platform.
  • The successful candidate will develop and support AI-driven solutions to boost productivity and surface insights, including Copilot/AI agent solutions.
  • Responsibilities include conducting environment-specific use case discovery and assessment for intelligent orchestration across workplace systems.
  • Additionally, the role requires integrating and automating cross-system workflows, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Develop automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate (Power Platform) and custom apps using Power Apps to digitize and streamline processes.
  • Build and enhance interactive dashboards and analytics solutions using Power BI for data-driven decision-making.
  • Implement intelligent orchestration to connect different workplace systems for a unified employee experience.
  • Continuously identify and assess new use cases within our environment, ensuring scalability, security, and value creation.
  • Required skills include 7+ years in Digital Workplace, End User Computing or Automation/AI Solutions development, along with a proven track record of building automation solutions, AI integrations, and workplace orchestration in enterprise environments.
  • A strong understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem, endpoint management, collaboration tools, automation/orchestration, and security compliance is essential.
