Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, writing, and executing relevant test cases that map back to pre-determined criteria.

You will also develop, review, and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test completion reports. Additionally, you will work closely with the development team to identify root causes of defects and ensure timely resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, write, and execute relevant test cases mapping back to pre-determined criteria.
  • Develop, review, and maintain test documentation including test plans, test cases, and test completion reports.
  • Conduct integration testing, end-to-end regression testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and run independently at times.
  • Work closely with the development team and helping them in identifying root cause by providing all details about the defects reported.
  • Identify, document, and manage defects through to resolution.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing or campaign testing.
  • Experience/exposure to PEGA, CCM.
  • Agile delivery, planning, and coordinating program of work for multiple agile squads.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and trustworthiness.
