We are seeking an Automation Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will design, implement, and maintain complex automation flows using Power Automate and Logic Apps. They will work closely with our team to integrate Microsoft 365, Business Central, and Jira Service Management.

In this role, the Automation Specialist will be responsible for monitoring flow execution, troubleshooting automation failures, and optimizing performance. They will also collaborate with the QA/QC team to ensure operational flow compliance and perform test automation with sample ticket scenarios.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience working with Power Automate or Logic Apps and a strong understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, especially Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams.

  • Main Responsibilities
  • Design and build complex automation flows that integrate various systems.
  • Monitor flow execution and troubleshoot automation failures.
  • Collaborate with the QA/QC team to ensure operational flow compliance.
  • Develop SLA tracking and reporting dashboards using Jira, Power BI, and SharePoint.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience working with Power Automate or Logic Apps.
  • Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and JSON.
  • Strong understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
  • Optional: Knowledge of Jira/JSM.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
