Job Title: Automation Workflow Specialist

The role involves designing and implementing powerful automation workflows using no-code and low-code tools like Make.com, n8n, Zapier, GoHighLevel, while also understanding the backend logic and integrations needed to build efficient, scalable systems.

We are looking for an individual who can help us design smart backend workflows that reduce manual effort and increase speed across business units (sales, onboarding, content ops, etc.). This will involve integrating third-party APIs and building custom connectors where needed. The candidate should have a solid understanding of API integrations, webhooks, and data structuring (JSON/XML). They should be able to analyze workflows and build scalable, modular automation systems with attention to detail and structured thinking.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong hands-on experience with no-code/low-code tools (Make, n8n, Zapier, GoHighLevel, Airtable, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of API integrations, webhooks, and data structuring (JSON/XML)
  • Ability to analyze workflows and build scalable, modular automation systems
  • Attention to detail and structured thinking
  • Knowledge of Python or Java for building custom backend logic when required
