Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Foster collaboration across teams to ensure seamless orchestration of priorities.
  • Build trust and influence across the organization.

Change Management & Digital Transformation

  • Lead technology-driven initiatives to enhance agility and scalability.
  • Implement processes and systems that align with our digital-first vision.

Leadership Enablement

  • Prepare executive presentations and communications for senior stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic insights and business cases for growth initiatives.

Organizational Culture & Communication

  • Act as a cultural integrator, helping navigate nuances across teams.
  • Ensure clarity, transparency, and alignment in internal communication.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience, preferably with exposure to P&L management or strategic projects.
  • Experience leading teams or driving cross-functional initiatives.
  • Digital native with ability to adapt to and drive technology-enabled change.
  • Strong ability to influence without authority and build trust across senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven decision-making approach.
  • Deep business acumen with an understanding of growth levers.
  • Maturity to navigate corporate culture and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
