Job Summary:

This role is responsible for fostering strong relationships with clients to drive client satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build trust at all organizational levels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary liaison between the organization and assigned clients, ensuring exceptional client service.

- Foster long-term relationships to drive client satisfaction and retention.

- Understand client needs, challenges, and business goals to provide tailored solutions.

- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, product) to ensure timely delivery of services.

- Identify opportunities for account growth, cross-selling, and upselling.

- Track account performance, prepare reports, and present insights to clients.

- Resolve client issues and escalate when necessary to ensure prompt resolution.

- Maintain accurate records of client communications, contracts, and activities in CRM software.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3-7 years of proven experience in account management, client servicing, or relationship management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build trust and manage relationships at all organizational levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
