Job Title: Generative AI Project Strategist

We are seeking a skilled professional who excels in leveraging Generative AI tools to drive business growth and innovation. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes AI, using it daily to enhance their work, streamline workflows, and create innovative solutions.

You will lead cutting-edge GenAI projects, collaborating with diverse teams to deliver impactful results. Your expertise in prompt engineering, workflow optimization, and running GenAI projects will make you a vital contributor to our mission of transforming businesses through technology.

Responsibilities:
  • Take end-to-end ownership of Generative AI projects, ensuring successful delivery aligned with business goals.
  • Develop project plans covering timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, and adapt as needed to achieve objectives.
  • Actively use Generative AI tools for day-to-day tasks, demonstrating how these tools can optimize processes and workflows.
  • Build automations or implement AI-based solutions that address specific business or technical challenges.
  • Apply advanced prompt engineering techniques to achieve desired results from LLMs.
  • Work with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams to gather, validate, and document requirements.
  • Translate business needs into actionable functional and technical specifications.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and roadmap development.
  • Continuously explore, experiment, and recommend AI tools, frameworks, and methodologies to optimize project workflows.
  • Define and prioritize product features, aligning them with business value and customer feedback.
  • Prepare and deliver project documentation, including requirements, specifications, and status updates.
  • Presentation of project updates and findings to stakeholders and senior management clearly and effectively.

Requirements:
  • Extensive experience using Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) for automations, workflow optimization, and creative problem-solving.
  • Deep understanding of prompt engineering and optimizing interactions with LLMs to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Proven experience leading AI-driven projects, from inception to deployment.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
  • Ability to bridge business needs with technical implementation, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Familiarity with Generative AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face) and their integrations into projects.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effectively collaborating with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Highly adaptable to working in hybrid and fast-paced environments, juggling multiple priorities with ease.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 2+ years of experience in project management, product management, or a similar role, ideally in AI or technology-focused industries.
