Job Overview:

We are seeking a strategic engineer to lead AI-assisted development programs and drive adoption of cutting-edge tools across our engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute AI-powered engineering initiatives to enhance developer productivity
  • Drive the adoption of innovative development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Tabnine, and CodeWhisperer
  • Identify opportunities to streamline software development lifecycle processes using AI
  • Implement Agile frameworks for program execution
  • Oversee release management and coordination
  • Optimize engineering workflows for efficiency
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders
  • Identify program risks and dependencies early
  • Deliver clear program updates and reports

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field
  • 10+ years experience as a Senior Engineer or Technical Program Manager in a software product environment
  • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and full SDLC management
  • Proven experience using AI-powered tools like GitHub Copilot

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience leading AI-driven initiatives in engineering or Product Development
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application in Software Development
  • Certifications in Agile, PMP, or related disciplines
  • Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and modern engineering automation practices
