
Strategic Business Developer

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical professional with 1–3 years of experience to drive growth initiatives and support our leadership team in achieving business objectives.
This role involves building scalable business strategies, working in dynamic environments, and seamlessly switching between high-level strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
- Business Development: Identify new opportunities, partnerships, and go-to-market plays to drive revenue growth and expand market reach.
- Sales Strategy: Design, refine, and track sales strategies to achieve business objectives and optimize sales performance.
- Customer Relationships: Build trust with clients through proactive communication and long-term growth, fostering strong relationships and driving customer satisfaction.
- Product Growth: Collaborate with product teams to identify growth levers and market opportunities, driving innovation and improvement.
- Research & Insights: Conduct deep market research, competitor analysis, and financial modeling to inform decision-making at the founder's level, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Project Management: Work with multiple teams to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives, managing timelines, resources, and deliverables effectively.
- Strategic Thinker: Apply a strategic, analytical, and data-driven approach to problem-solving, driving informed decision-making.
- Effective Communicator: Demonstrate effective communication and stakeholder management skills, ensuring clear and concise messaging.
- Adaptable Leader: Display an entrepreneurial mindset with adaptability in dynamic environments, leading by example and inspiring others.
- Proactive Team Player: Exhibit a proactive, ownership-driven attitude, comfortable with ambiguity and able to navigate complex situations.
- Qualifications: MBA in marketing or sales is preferred but not required.
